I've been a bad bad girl

Okay I have been very lax about posting about my weight loss and the Nutrisystem program. The reason has been that I have been so busy since Christmas and so bad since Christmas that there is nothing to tell.

Remember I took a break during the holidays because we traveled and it was the holidays. Then I was off to Ocean Isle Inn for a few days where I couldn't do my plan. When I got back from the beach I got sick and the diet was out the window since I had to eat different things. That lasted until I was off to Disney where I went way off because heck it's Disney! This week I caught a bad cold so I was just eating crackers and soup. BLAH I am so over crackers and soup. Although I have to say that Ritz crackers has a new flavor out: Brown Sugar Cinnamon. They are so good.

Anyway, I am starting to see the light with this nasty cold. And I am hoping to get back on the program this coming week. The good news is that even though I have been on and off the plan, I have not gained or lost weight. I have maintained my weight. Whew! It's been up and down a pound here a pound there but I won't really know until next week when I jump on the Wii again.

So there you have it. I have to get back because my program ends in April so I only have a few weeks to make my goal. Will I make it? I have no idea. I hope I do. But in the end, I have learned to eat better and hopefully will continue the weight loss although it will take longer than a few months. I just need to get back to a routine. The cold took its toll but it was so worth it going to Disney!! WOO!!!

  1. I would have to throw the diet out the window if I went to Disney too! Good luck getting back into the routine!

  2. It's hard to be on diets, girl. Give yourself a break. Atleast you haven't gained.

    This is why I don't do diets. I just changed how much I eat, I make sure to eat more good than bad, and I eat at the right times. It's too hard for me to be on a strict diet, so I am on a structured lifestyle instead. :)

    Best of luck getting back on track and I know you'll continue to lose!

  3. Oh, DEFINITELY no diet at Disney. By law you have to check your diet at the door! Glad you didn't gain weight. GOOD LUCK on your journey - you can do it!
