Green Eggs and Ham!

Okay, no ham but a green egg!

My friend, M, from work has lots of chickens and every so often I get eggs from her. Fresh eggs rock the house. I love them.

In my batch this week, I got a green egg. Isn't that wild? I almost don't want to eat it because it is so pretty and green.

Have you ever seen a green egg?

  13. They probably came from an Araucauna or an Ameraucana hen. They're called Easter Eggers because of their pretty eggs. It's your lucky day!
