Our First Veggie From the Garden
I was in the garden and noticed this lone radish. I have harvested some herbs but this is the first veggie of the year. Of course, I had to take a photo. After the photo, I gobbled it down and it was delicious. So crisp and peppery!! I cannot wait until I can harvest more stuff!!

How exciting! I love radishes & so does my 5 yr old son. Wish we had ended up being able to plant a garden this year ... would love some radishes right about now for my salads.
ReplyDeleteWe just picked our first veggies from our garden too... cucumbers! It's so rewarding to grow your own food! Never thought of growing my own radishes, will have to think about adding that!
ReplyDeleteThis year was the first time we harvested something other than herbs from our garden and we loved it! I couldn't stop taking pictures of our strawberries! :)
