We had a few tiny cherry tomatoes. We had lots of herbs and lettuce. We also had some green beans, green peppers, a head of broccoli and spring onions!
I used the lettuce to make my world famous watermelon feta salad. I used the onions and tomatoes and cilantro for a pico de gallo. And, of course, I sauteed some squash in butter as a side dish.
I tried making refrigerator cucumbers but the recipe went totally wonky since I didn't really follow one. I must go back and try again. This time I might follow the recipe.
