Roasted Potatoes Recipe!

A few weeks ago, I decided to take the last of our potatoes and roast them up. Roasting them gives them a delicious flavor plus it is really easy. I used the roasted potatoes as a side dish.

Here is how I made the recipe:


Fresh homegrown potatoes!



Fresh pepper, onions, thyme and rosemary from the garden. 



Chop peppers, onions and herbs. 



Slice potatoes.



Add olive oil, lemon and salt and pepper to potatoes. 



Mix.



Place in a casserole dish. And bake at 400 degrees for an hour. 



Eat and Enjoy!
